3-day early-bird registration (by October 25th):  $275

3-day regular registration (after October 25th):  $325

2-day registration:  $250

1-day registration:  $125

Student registration 3-day:  $80

Student registration 2-day:  $60

Student registration 1-day:  $30

Registration fees include a conference program, lunch, and receptions.
(Please note: Food will not be served in the morning or during the breaks. There are several bakeries and delicatessens in and around the Convention Center to allow participants to purchase breakfast and/or snacks.)

All participants registering on-line will receive an automatic e-mail receipt.

Refunds or cancellations will be given if requested by November 1, 2016.

Pre-Registration closed November 8, 2016 at 5 PM.
