Who/What/Why - All conference participants are welcome to participate in this lunchtime event that will link Student and Early Career** (EC) scientists with working professionals from the Delta science community (mentors) in an informal setting to exchange ideas and insights about career development, research interests and much more. This event will be structured around broad career and science themes that will allow students, EC scientists, and mentors to self-select an area of interest or expertise.
**Early Career is considered anyone less than 5 years from their terminal academic degree.
Where/When – This event will be held from 12:25-1:25 the first day of the conference (Tuesday, November 15) in conference room 315.
